Astana, June 2025 — QAZTECH Alliance and Fraunhofer IPA (Germany) have signed a memorandum to advance training and technological development in the fields of Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence (AI).
The two parties have agreed to jointly implement projects focused on technology development, workforce training, and the exchange of expertise and best practices in digital manufacturing, automation, AI, and sustainable industrial solutions. Fraunhofer IPA, a leading European research institute, is known as a pioneer of the “smart factory” concept and holds hundreds of high-tech patents.
The partnership aims to boost the technological capabilities of Kazakhstani enterprises and foster the growth of an innovative industrial ecosystem in the region.
